I had an incredible time at this hotel, with friendly staff providing attentive service and a diverse array of food options that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were well-maintained and the entertainment programs were engaging. However, the basic nature of the rooms and some language barriers with the reception staff detracted slightly from the experience.
