I had an incredible time at this hotel, with friendly staff providing attentive service and a diverse array of food options that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were well-maintained and the entertainment programs were engaging. The Kings Palace and Spa is a beautiful place that exceeded my expectations even with the less-than-ideal weather. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the cleanliness of the hotel is remarkable. The food variety was impressive, especially at the themed dinners. However, the boat trip we took was a bit overpriced and didn't quite meet our expectations.
